TEAM TRAINING
Team or group training, school or club-based-we come to you! We run sessions for all ages and group numbers with programmes designed to suit your needs. Please get in touch for prices and further information.

NETBALL CLINICS
Our netball clinics run in the school holidays for netball players from Year 7 to Senior. Our clinics focus on S&C principles as well as netball skills development, game play and specialist coaching. Get in touch if you would like us to hold a netball clinic at your school/club, or keep an eye out for our up coming netball clinics!

WORKSHOPS: ATHLETES & COACHES
Educational workshops, covering topics from training to warm-up and recovery, for both athletes and/or coaches available upon request. Also keep an eye out for workshop dates in your area.

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training available for the more serious athlete. One-on-one training includes personal programme and additional support.

For athletes outside of Auckland who would like to access our services. We can provide programming and online coaching. Please get in touch for more information.
